Epimartyria pardella is a species of moth belonging to the family Micropterigidae. It was described by Walsingham, Lord Thomas de Grey, in 1880.[1] It is known from western North America, including Oregon and California.
The wingspan is 10-11 mm. The forewing is metallic brown with three distinctive gold spots. Adults are on wing from early May to mid July and are day active.[2]
The larvae feed on liverworts and take about two years to fully develop.
